Refund & Exchange Terms

• You may return the product you purchased within 14 days.

• Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

• For paints, pigments and similar products, items whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Once your return request is approved, your payment is refunded within 5 business days using the method you paid with.

• Unless the product is faulty, return shipping is paid by the customer.
