Cancellation & Returns

At ART IST Boya we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below you will find our cancellation, withdrawal and return processes. All processes comply with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been handed to the courier. Simply contact us at info@artistboya.com with your order number. Your payment will be refunded using the same payment method.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive the product, without giving any reason. It is enough to send your withdrawal request to info@artistboya.com.

3. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, with its label and protective packaging intact, and in a resalable condition.
• The product's invoice must be included with the return shipment.
• The product must be sent back in the condition in which it was received, together with its original box and packaging.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We recommend opening and checking the parcel in the presence of the courier. If you receive a dented, broken or damaged parcel, do not accept it without having the courier draw up a report; without such a report the return process may not be possible for damaged goods. If a product is defective, we will replace it free of charge or refund its price.

5. Refunds

The price of approved returns is refunded to you using your original payment method (credit card/bank) as soon as possible after the product reaches us, and within 14 days at the latest. Refunds to a credit card may take a few days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under the relevant legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging or protective seal has been opened and whose return is unsuitable for reasons of hygiene or health, or for products prepared to your personal specifications.

7. Exchanges

For colour or product exchange requests, contact us at info@artistboya.com with your order number; we will work out the best solution together, subject to stock availability.
