Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) has been drawn up in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188). A BUYER who places an order electronically through our website is deemed to have read and accepted all of the conditions below.

1. Parties

BUYER: The customer whose name, address and contact details are given at the time of the order. The information provided by the BUYER on the order form and invoice forms an integral part of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website artistboya.com, the characteristics and sale price of which are stated in the order summary and on the invoice.

3. Product and Payment Details

The type, quantity, brand/model of the products, the sale price including all taxes, the method of payment and the delivery details are as shown in the order summary approved by the BUYER and on the invoice. Payment is made in advance by credit card, debit card or another method offered on the site.

4. General Provisions

• The BUYER accepts that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, the method of payment and delivery, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
• The product will be delivered to the person or organisation at the address given by the BUYER, within a period not exceeding the statutory 30 days. If delivery does not take place within this period, the BUYER may terminate the Agreement.
• Shipping charges are subject to the campaign conditions announced on the site; shipping is free on orders of 1.200 TL and above, otherwise the shipping cost is borne by the BUYER.
• The BUYER shall inspect the product before taking delivery and shall not accept a product that is dented, broken or has torn packaging. A product that has been accepted is deemed to be intact and undamaged.
• If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure, the BUYER will be informed; the BUYER may cancel the order, request an equivalent product, or request that delivery be postponed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person at the address they have given, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return conditions and the exceptions are governed by the Pre-Information Form.

6. Default Provisions

The BUYER accepts that, in the event of default on transactions made by credit card, they will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the agreement with their card-issuing bank. If payment is not made to the SELLER by the bank, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product ends.

7. Competent Court

In the application of this Agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services and at their place of residence are competent.

8. Entry Into Force

When the BUYER approves the order electronically, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the BUYER.
