This Pre-Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in order to inform you before you complete your order.

2. Essential Characteristics and Price of the Product

The kind, type, quantity and brand of the product for sale, and its sale price including all taxes, are stated on the relevant product page and in the order summary. Prices and campaigns on the site are valid until they are updated.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is collected in advance by credit card, debit card or another method offered on the site. Once payment is approved, the product is prepared and sent to the address specified by the BUYER via a contracted courier company, and is delivered within a period not exceeding the statutory 30 days. Shipping is free on orders of 1.200 TL and above.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@artistboya.com or given in writing. The price of the product is refunded using the same payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the SELLER. The product to be returned must be sent together with its invoice, unused and with its original packaging intact.

5. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape or seal have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for reasons of health or hygiene, or for products prepared to the BUYER's personal specifications.

6. Complaints and Objections

In the event of a dispute, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place where the product was purchased or at their place of residence, within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade.
